Pain Management Tips - Elbow Pain


  • Put heat or cold packs on elbow to ease pain

  • Try simple stretching exercises when pain is less severe to maintain your strength and ease stiffness

  • Try using a sports splint or brace if possible

  • Use of painkillers like paracetamol or ibuprofen (Disclaimer: please be aware that patients need to have consultations with their doctors / GPs / physiotherapists regarding any intake and form of medication)



  • Stop any movements that might cause your pain or make it worse
