Pain Management Tips - Elbow Pain
Dos:
-
Put heat or cold packs on elbow to ease pain

Try simple stretching exercises when pain is less severe to maintain your strength and ease stiffness

Try using a sports splint or brace if possible

Use of painkillers like paracetamol or ibuprofen (Disclaimer: please be aware that patients need to have consultations with their doctors / GPs / physiotherapists regarding any intake and form of medication)
Don’ts
-
Stop any movements that might cause your pain or make it worse
